BACnet Certificate Exchange Summit 2026

October 28–30, 2026 | HTW Berlin, Germany

The BACnet Interest Group Europe (BIG-EU) invites the BACnet community to the BACnet Certificate Exchange Summit 2026, a hands-on PlugFest focusing on BACnet Secure Connect (BACnet/SC), certificate exchange and certificate management.

Participants will have the opportunity to connect BACnet/SC implementations from different manufacturers, exchange certificates, test interoperability with real devices and software, and discuss technical questions directly with other developers and BACnet experts.

Venue: HTW Berlin – University of Applied Sciences Wilhelminenhof Campus Wilhelminenhofstraße 75A, 12459 Berlin, Germany

Schedule: October 28: Arrival and setup from 9:00 a.m.; main setup period 9:00 a.m.–12:00 noon October 29: Testing from 9:00 a.m. to approx. 6:00 p.m.; Social Event in the evening October 30: Testing from 9:00 a.m.; event ends no later than 4:00 p.m.

Participation: €500 per person, including on-site catering and the Social Event. There is no restriction on the number of participants per company.

Technical requirement: Participating devices and implementations must support BACnet Release 24 or higher.
